As a host church we know you need all the resources you can get. Here you will find the necessary Toolkits and resources that you've received from your World Vision Representative in digital format to make the planning process a bit easier for you and your team. Hosting Church Toolkits

Here you will find all the toolkits and resources created to assist your church's team in each of the planning stages of the Event. If you have any questions regarding the Toolkits or need more information please don't hesitate to contact your World Vision Representative.

  • Exhibit Host Overview (PDF) - The very first of the toolkits, this resource provides a brief overview of the Event and the various Coordinators needed to assist in the planning and execution of the Experience.
  • Pastor Toolkit (PDF) - This contains the list of Event Toolkit contents and an overview of the Experience, World Vision, the AIDS crisis and other helpful information for your church's pastor.
  • Event Toolkit (PDF) - The toolkit of all toolkits. This resources contains valuable information for your church's Planning Coordinators- Project Manager, Prayer, Facilities, Volunteer, Marketing, Media and Special Events Coordinators
  • Marketing Guidelines and Resources (PDF)- The tools here are designed for your church's Marketing Coordinator to assist in promoting the event
  • Info Kit (PDF) - A general and concise resources for you to garner interest among local organizations and community members to support your church's planning efforts.

Partner Church Resources

We've created resources to assist your church's planning team in identifying and reaching out to potential partner churches in your community to assist in recruiting volunteers and promoting the Experience.

These toolkits are designed to give those partners involved, assistance in helping support the Experience event. If there are additional questions please have them connect with your hosting church's point of contact or if it's World Vision related, don't hesitate to connect with your local World Vision representative.

  • Partner Church Info Kit (PDF) - General information, including a brief description of the Experience, some FAQs on the AIDS crisis, and an introduction to World Vision. Used primarily for the hosting church pastor to connect with prospect partner churches to begin conversations about possible collaboration efforts.
  • Partner Church Event Toolkit (PDF) - Provides a detailed introduction to the Experience including the many planning and promotional tools available and how to support the Host Church's planning and promotional efforts.

Promote the Experience

We have helped create marketing collateral to assist your efforts in promoting the Experience in your area. We identified the TOP 5 promo pieces that churches have found successful as well as 5 additional pieces you can customize for your own event. Host Churches can gain access to these marketing pieces when they login to the host church area.

Resources

We want to ensure that you and your community are equipped with resources as you prepare to host the Experience and even after we have left! Check out the resources available to engage your small groups, bible study groups, even just to pick up and read to see what others are saying about this global pandemic and find out how you can get involved.
  • Curriculum - A 4-session study to prepare your group for the World Vision Experience: AIDS This study is designed to educate, inspire, and equip them to respond to the world's greatest humanitarian challenge: HIV an AIDS
  • Book library - HIV and AIDS is such a complex disease impacting economies, individual lives, churches, communities, political governments, financial institutions, entire households. It's all encompassing. Read about various perspectives on the impact of HIV/AIDS through the lenses of economists, financial gurus, pastors, etc.
